AITrain Partners Hold Online Project Meeting to Review Progress and Plan Next Activities

On 19 June 2026, the partners of the AITrain – Data and AI Training for Agricultural Students project met online to review the progress achieved so far and coordinate the next implementation steps.

During the meeting, partners discussed the development of the project’s learning materials and digital resources, focusing on content quality, consistency, and accessibility for teachers and students. The consortium also reviewed the timeline for finalising modules, translations, and the implementation of the project’s online learning environment.

Another important topic was the progress of the Competency Framework, which will support the development of innovative educational resources and training activities within the project.

Partners also discussed upcoming project activities, dissemination efforts, and preparations for future face-to-face meetings and training events.

The meeting highlighted the strong collaboration among project partners and their shared commitment to supporting the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Data Literacy into agricultural education and vocational training.

The consortium would like to thank all partners for their active participation and continued dedication to the successful implementation of the AITrain project.

LTTA in Famagusta, Cyprus – 04 May – 07 May 2026

Exciting moments from the AITrain Project LTTA in Cyprus!

Partners from across Europe gathered at InterNapa College in Sotira, Famagusta for two inspiring days dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Digital Agriculture. 🇨🇾

During the Learning, Teaching, Training Activity (LTTA), participants explored:

✔️ Digital transformation in agriculture

✔️ AI and Data Science fundamentals

✔️ Real-life AI applications in agriculture

✔️ AI competency frameworks for agricultural education

✔️ Workshops focused on digital and AI skills for students aged 14–18

The sessions encouraged collaboration, innovation, and the exchange of best practices for integrating AI into vocational agricultural education. 🌍📚

TPM in Prejmer, Brasov, Romania – 15 January – 16 January 2026

The partners of the AITrain – Data and AI Training for Agricultural Students Erasmus+ project met for the first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM), marking the official start of the collaboration.

During the meeting, representatives from partner organisations discussed the project objectives, timeline, and responsibilities, ensuring a strong foundation for the successful implementation of activities over the next 24 months.

The discussion focused on integrating Artificial Intelligence and data science into agricultural education, developing innovative learning resources, and strengthening cooperation between partners from Romania, Türkiye, Portugal, and Cyprus.
